Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Because our orders are fulfilled through Amazon
FBA, returns and refunds are processed in accordance with Amazon’s standard
fulfillment policies.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@loilbeauty.com and we will guide you
through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original
payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending
on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days
of delivery at hello@loilbeauty.com with your order number and a photo. We will resolve
the issue promptly at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless defective.
